# Sales Executive (Omani national) **MUMUSO General Trading LLC (Westlake Group)** · Muscat · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities - Greets customers including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to appropriate party. - Handles cash transactions between customer and retail store. - Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location which includes and but not limited to cash handling and deposits. - Up selling and Cross selling product knowledge. - Arrange and display merchandise. - Inform customers about discounts and special offers - Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager - Stay up-to-date with new products/services - Keep merchandise area tidy. - Take stock inventory Requirement - 1-2 years experience in Retail Industry is an advantage. - Excellent communication (including spoken and written English) - Strong selling skills & customer oriented Work Location: In person
