Sales Executive/Manager for HRMS
1. Outdoor Sales & Customer Visits Conduct regular customer and prospect visits. Build relationships with HR, Finance, IT, and management teams. Conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HRMS solutions. 2. Sales, Demonstrations & Follow-ups Present our HRMS product Conduct online and on-site product demonstrations. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines. Follow up systematically on leads, opportunities, proposals, and demonstrations. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records. 3. Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with existing customers. Identify opportunities for upgrades, cross-selling, and additional modules/services. Build long-term customer relationships. Coordinate internally to address customer requirements with your immediate line manager. 4. Outdoor Sales Expectations Regular customer and prospect visits. Cold calls and business development visits. Client presentations and product demonstrations. Meetings with HR, Finance, IT, and senior management. 5. Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of experience in HRMS/HR software sales . Strong business development and customer-facing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Ability to understand business requirements and recommend solutions. Willingness to undertake regular outdoor sales and travel. Self-motivated, target-oriented, fit in team work. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage.
