The role will focus on lead generation, client management, project sales, quotations, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads and develop business opportunities across the UAE. Sell commercial kitchen equipment and related solutions. Build relationships with restaurants, hotels, catering companies, F&B groups, contractors, and consultants. Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate, and close sales. Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams for orders, delivery, installation, and after-sales support. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, F&B equipment, or hospitality supplies. UAE sales experience is preferred. Valid UAE Driving License is required. Existing network within the F&B, hospitality, catering, contractor, or consultant sector is an advantage. Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings and site visits. Skills Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of commercial kitchen equipment. Strong client relationship and networking abilities. Target-driven with excellent follow-up and closing skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
