The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B sales background , excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to generate new leads, develop business opportunities, prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close projects. Qualifications & Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - 2+ years of sales experience in interior fit-out, construction, retail, kiosks, exhibition stands, joinery, or related industries. - Proven experience in B2B sales and business development . - Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, kiosk, retail, exhibition, and commercial interior solutions . - Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, quotation preparation, negotiation, and sales closing . - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and project teams . - UAE market experience is preferred. - Existing UAE client/network connections in retail, malls, hospitality, corporate, exhibition, or commercial sectors will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities . - Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, market research, and direct business development . - Develop relationships with business owners, facility managers, procurement teams, contractors, consultants, retailers, and project managers . - Meet clients and understand their interior fit-out, kiosk, retail, exhibition, and commercial project requirements . - Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the estimation and project teams. - Follow up on enquiries, quotations, proposals, and ongoing opportunities. - Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients. - Convert enquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly and annual sales targets . - Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update the status of potential projects. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. - Coordinate with design, estimation, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover. - Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and potential business opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales conversions .
