Sales Executive – Industrial PPE & Safety Products

Convert existing trade relationships into orders from the first months in the role

▪ Map and develop manufacturing accounts across the industrial belts of the assigned territory

▪ Priority sectors: tyres, paints, forging and foundries, steel, rubber, automobile and auto components, and allied manufacturing

▪ Meet safety officers, purchase heads and stores in-charge personnel through planned field visits and cold calls

▪ Submit samples, match technical specifications, coordinate trials and drive approvals to closure

▪ Pursue vendor registration and annual rate contracts with target OEMs and large manufacturing plants

▪ Appoint and manage dealers or distributors where direct supply is not commercially viable

▪ Coordinate with BPR manufacturing units on quotations, order feasibility, dispatch schedules and quality complaints

Follow up on payments and ensure collection within agreed terms

▪ Maintain visit logs, enquiry pipeline, quotation status and collection status in the prescribed format

CANDIDATE PROFILE

▪ Mandatory: 3 to 6 years of field sales experience in PPE or industrial safety products. Industrial consumables or MRO experience will be considered only with significant safety-product exposure.

▪ Strongly preferred: an existing customer base among safety officers and purchase departments of tyre,

paint, forging, steel, rubber or automobile plants in the territory applied for

▪ Fluency in English and the local language of the territory

▪ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

▪ Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid driving licence

▪ Working knowledge of Excel, email and WhatsApp-based reporting

▪ Self-driven and target-oriented, able to work independently in the field with remote support from head office

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
