Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and project managers. Conduct client visits, product presentations, and project discussions to understand customer requirements. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents. Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations teams regarding project specifications, costing, and installation schedules. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales. Monitor project progress and provide clients with timely updates. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability. Ensure excellent after-sales support and customer service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in aluminum, glass, construction materials, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of aluminum and glass systems, window and door products, curtain walls, or façade works is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting. Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
