Promote and sell EPS blocks, EPS sheets, and other Expanded Polystyrene products . Identify potential customers in the construction, building materials, insulation, packaging, and related industries . Visit customers, contractors, consultants, developers, factories, and project sites regularly. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales enquiries. Monitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects and identify potential sales opportunities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales requirements professionally. Monitor competitors, market pricing, and industry developments. Maintain regular sales reports, customer records, and sales forecasts. Follow up with customers from enquiry through order confirmation and payment collection. REQUIREMENTS Age: 25–35 years 2–3 years of sales experience , preferably in the EPS industry . Experience with EPS Blocks, EPS Sheets, Expanded Polystyrene, insulation, foam, or related products is highly preferred. Existing contacts/network within the Qatar construction and building materials market will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Valid Driving License is mandatory. Transferable Visa is mandatory. Must be ready to join immediately . SALARY & BENEFITS QAR 4,000 – 5,000 + Car Allowance + Petrol Allowance Additional benefits as per company policy. Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
