It provides therapy and counselling services to individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children, along with corporate mental wellness workshops. Job Overview We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive to manage client enquiries, convert prospective clients into enrolled clients, and develop referral partnerships with doctors, schools, corporates, and other professionals. Key Responsibilities - Handle client enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email. - Explain therapy programmes and guide prospective clients through the enrolment process. - Follow up with leads, address queries, and achieve enrolment targets. - Coordinate intake appointments and ensure smooth client onboarding. - Build referral partnerships with doctors, schools, corporates, and relevant professionals. - Represent Faculty Minds at corporate events, workshops, exhibitions, and partner meetings. - Maintain CRM records, track conversions, and prepare regular sales reports. - Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and sensitivity when communicating with clients. Requirements - Graduate in any discipline; Psychology, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred. - 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, counselling services, healthcare, or client relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong follow-up, networking, and client conversion abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Empathetic, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive conversations.
