Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with a Forex background to promote our trading products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into active clients, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote the company's Forex trading services.
• Explain Forex products, trading platforms, account types, and company offerings clearly and professionally.
• Convert leads into funded trading accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective clients, build strong client relationships, and maintain regular communication.
• Represent the company at international Forex expos, exhibitions, and business events across different countries .
• Travel with the company team to international exhibitions, engage with potential clients, deliver company presentations, and generate business leads.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the retention and customer support teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Stay updated on Forex market trends, company products, and industry developments.
• Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate product-related information.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome if they possess excellent presentation skills, confidence, a professional attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and client-engagement abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and working towards targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally to accompany the company team for Forex expos and exhibitions .
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to represent the company confidently at international events.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with regulated Forex brokers is an added advantage.
• Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. English communication skills are mandatory; proficiency in Chinese, Spanish, or Russian is mandatory

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
