No telecoms experience needed; just a proven ability to sell, a desire to win and the hunger to build a serious income. You'll sell the full BT portfolio — mobile, connectivity, cloud voice, broadband and security — winning and developing SME clients across the region through a relationship-led approach. What You'll Be Doing Winning and developing new and existing SME accounts across the Liverpool, Chester and North Wales territory Selling across the full BT product portfolio including mobile, connectivity and hosted/VoIP solutions Running consultative discovery calls with business owners and key decision-makers Managing your pipeline using Salesforce and internal CRM systems Driving revenue through upsell, cross-sell and deeper portfolio penetration What We're Looking For ✔ Sales experience beneficial but not essential — just bring the drive and willingness to earn ✔ Comfortable engaging business owners and senior decision-makers ✔ Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets ✔ CRM disciplined (Salesforce preferred) ✔ Motivated by earnings and progression The Package £28,000 basic salary £38,000–£42,000 OTE (uncapped commission) Hybrid working after 6 months (performance-based) Additional leave Company pension Cycle to work scheme Health & wellbeing programme Job Type: Full-time | Work Location: In person Pay: £28,000.00-£42,000.00 per year Benefits: Company events Company pension Cycle to work scheme Free parking Health & wellbeing programme Work from home Work Location: In person
