This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to build a career in transportation, logistics, and final mile delivery solutions. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships. Whether you have experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles, we provide the training, support, and resources needed to succeed. What You'll Do Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their transportation and delivery needs Conduct customer meetings and presentations to introduce Unity's services and solutions Develop customized proposals and pricing recommendations Collaborate with operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences Maintain an active sales pipeline and document activities in CRM systems Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity Participate in customer visits, networking events, and industry activities Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall company growth Travel within the assigned territory as needed What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or a related field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve results Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business opportunities Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain is a plus, but not required Why Join Unity Courier Services?
