Sales Executive

Al Dar General Security Guard Services is looking for a motivated, confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience , preferably within the security services industry, with a strong understanding of sales, business development, client acquisition and contract negotiations.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting potential clients and securing security guard service contracts to support the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for security guard services.
• Generate sales leads and actively approach potential corporate clients.
• Develop relationships with property management companies, real estate developers, hotels, commercial establishments, schools and other potential clients.
• Promote the company's security services and present business proposals.
• Arrange client meetings, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed contracts.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within the UAE security services sector.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in security services sales is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of business development, lead generation and client acquisition.
• Ability to independently identify prospects and bring new business contracts.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and corporate business environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven personality.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
