# Sales Executive **RAAZ DESIGN** · Muscat · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description — Sales Executive Company: Raaz Design — a leading turnkey fitout company Location: Muscat, Oman Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Head Employment type: Full-time, on-site Role overview We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales conversion for our turnkey interior fitout projects. You will own the pipeline from first enquiry to signed contract, working closely with our design and project delivery teams to turn client briefs into won business. Key responsibilities Generate and qualify leads across commercial, hospitality, retail and residential fitout segments in Oman Convert enquiries into confirmed projects through site visits, client meetings and follow-up Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to prepare concepts, BOQs and proposals Prepare and present quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close contracts Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers and facility managers Track and report on pipeline, conversion rates and monthly sales targets Support handover to the projects team and stay involved through delivery to protect the client relationship Monitor market activity, competitor pricing and new tender opportunities Qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant fitout sales experience (interior fitout, joinery, MEP or construction sales preferred) Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to read basic drawings and understand BOQs and fitout scopes of work Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus Oman driving licence and GCC market experience preferred Skills Consultative selling and negotiation, strong presentation and proposal writing, CRM discipline, commercial awareness of costing and margins, and the ability to work across design and site teams.
