Job Title: Sales Executive

The role requires a strong understanding of the UAE corporate market, B2B sales environment, premium and luxury products, corporate gifting, promotional solutions, and client relationship management, together with the ability to convert market opportunities into sustainable commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Support lead generation through, networking, referrals, and site inquires

• Present and promote Jasani’s products/services to prospective and existing clients
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and pipeline in the CRM
• Gather market and competitor insights and share them with management
• Coordinate with operations/logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferably in Corporate Gifting industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach
• Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM Odoo experience is a plus
• Candidates already in the UAE are preferred
