The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and develop strong communication skills. Responsibilities Contact prospective clients to generate leads and qualify potential opportunities Engage with businesses via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products and services Maintain accurate records of interactions within CRM software, including Salesforce Follow up on inbound enquiries promptly and professionally Assist in organising and scheduling meetings for the sales team Collaborate with marketing to identify target markets and optimise outreach strategies Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to better position our offerings Skills Excellent communication skills in English Additional language skills are desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of CRM management, lead generation strategies, and sales prospecting methods is desirable This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals looking to grow within a vibrant organisation dedicated to excellence in sales development.
