The Sales Executive will promote the company’s products/services, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet market demand. Work and professional experience required Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in Hotel, F&B, FMCG, retail industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in client handling, contract negotiation, and market research Ideal personality or behavioral competencies. Highly motivated and goal-driven Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong presentation and negotiation abilities Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle rejection positively Customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision, Professional, confident, and energetic personality Primary Responsibilities/ Duties Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Conduct product presentations and client meetings. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and expand the customer database. Prepare and deliver appropriate sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
