We're looking for a sales manager to drive and manage our retailer accounts on a part-time basis. About the Role You'll manage relationships with retail buyers and stockists internationally, growing sales of our fragrance range into existing and new retail accounts. This is a B2B sales role focused on securing listings, managing accounts and hitting revenue targets — not in-store retail sales. Key Responsibilities § Manage and grow relationships with retail buyers and distributors across international markets § Pitch and secure new listings with retailers, wholesalers and distributors § Own the sales pipeline for existing retail accounts, ensuring targets are met § Negotiate pricing, terms and order volumes with retail partners § Work with the wider team on forecasting, stock planning and order fulfilment for key accounts § Track and report on account performance, market trends and competitor activity § Represent the company at trade shows, buyer meetings and industry events as needed § Requirements § Proven B2B sales experience, ideally account management or new business development § Track record of hitting sales targets and growing revenue § Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills § Comfortable managing accounts and communicating internationally § Organised and self-directed — able to deliver results within a two-day week Desirable § Experience in the fragrance, beauty or wider FMCG sector § Existing relationships with major retailers or distributors or similar high-street/international accounts What We Offer § £250 per day DOE, paid monthly § Flexible two-day schedule § Open to employed or freelance/contractor basis § Scope to shape and grow the sales function Pay: £250.00 per day Benefits: - Free parking - On-site parking Work Location: Hybrid remote in Harrow on the Hill
