Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at a laser cutting service provider company. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our laser cutting and metal fabrication services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by approaching potential customers in the metal fabrication, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
• Visit factories, workshops, engineering companies, contractors, and other potential customers to promote our laser cutting services.
• Generate new leads and establish long-term business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements, collect drawings and specifications, and coordinate with the technical team to prepare quotations.
• Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Monitor market activities, identify potential customers, and keep track of competitors' pricing and services.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and customer payments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards the company's business growth.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience in laser cutting, metal fabrication, steel trading, engineering, or industrial services will be an added advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to identify new customers and independently generate business.
• Basic technical understanding of metal fabrication, engineering drawings, and laser cutting services is preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
