About BrandGills

BrandGills is a Dubai-based Marketing & Media Agency providing digital marketing, social media management, video production, influencer marketing, branding and advertising solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate business opportunities, acquire new clients and build long-term relationships with businesses across Dubai and the UAE.

The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching business owners, pitching marketing services, scheduling meetings and converting prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and generate potential business leads through online research, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, cold calling and direct networking.
• Target restaurants, cafes, hotels, nightclubs, retail businesses and other potential clients.
• Build and maintain a strong database of prospective customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients.

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Promote and sell BrandGills' digital marketing, social media management, video production, influencer marketing and advertising services.
• Approach business owners, decision-makers and marketing managers.
• Schedule client meetings and present company services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing packages.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations and service packages.
• Negotiate, close deals and onboard new clients.

Business Development & Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with newly acquired clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and recurring revenue goals.
• Maintain daily sales activity reports and update the CRM/lead database.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, media or agency sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confidence in cold calling, direct outreach and client meetings.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close sales.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing services.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Good English communication is essential. Hindi is an advantage.
• UAE market experience and an existing business network will be an added advantage.

Salary & Commission Structure

• Fixed monthly salary based on experience and suitability.
• Additional monthly sales commissions.
• Commission payout on every successful recurring client sale, subject to the company's commission policy.
• Opportunity to earn additional income by consistently bringing new clients and generating recurring business.
