Regular and Standard Tasks: Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells hotel nights by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies improvements or new ideas by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Assists in the execution of model tours by major clients Attends major functions (i.e. trade shows and promotional events) and chamber meetings that deal especially with his/her market area Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php21,472.70 - Php34,931.02 per month Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Staff meals provided Ability to commute/relocate: Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
