The Role We are looking for a person who is passionate about sales, highly energetic and willing to work in the market to actively generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships and bring qualified leads and projects to the company. Experience in fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing or CNC-related services is an advantage, but sales professionals from any industry are welcome to apply if they have the drive and ability to generate business. Key Responsibilities Actively develop new clients and business opportunities in the UAE market. Generate leads and bring new projects for fit-out, joinery, furniture and CNC-related works . Visit potential clients, companies, contractors, consultants and project sites. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Passionate and target-oriented sales professionals. Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills. Willingness to work actively in the market and meet clients . Self-motivated, energetic and hardworking/work-driven. Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business. Previous UAE sales experience is an advantage. Experience in fit-out, construction, joinery, furniture or CNC is an added advantage. Candidates from any sales background are welcome to apply. UAE driving licence is an advantage. CompensationAED 4,000 – 5,000 basic salary + attractive performance-based incentives.The incentive structure is designed to reward actual business generated and sales achievements .
