Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details. Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization. Stay updated with market trends to better serve clients Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's products and services Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects. Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings. Keep record of every client interaction and sales activities. Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions. Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers. Updating documents and sales records. Reviewing sales performance against sales targets. Observing and carrying out sales processes. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
