Placement: PT Binabusana Internusa - Jakarta Job Qualification: - Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the garment or textile industry. - Good understanding of corporate and institutional uniforms as a product. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - High integrity, strong work ethic, and a target-oriented mindset. - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage time and priorities effectively. - An established network within the relevant market is an advantage. - Placement: Head Office Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. Job Desk: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the uniform market. - Prepare and present product proposals to prospective clients and potential customers. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth, including addressing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. - Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and effectively. - Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase uniform product sales. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales approaches accordingly. - Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations to management. - Negotiate pricing, quantities, and terms and conditions with customers. - Ensure a smooth sales closing process, including the preparation and management of contract documentation. - Prepare regular sales reports, including analysis of sales performance against targets. - Ensure all customer and transaction data are accurately recorded and maintained in the company’s system. - Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure uniform products meet customer specifications and delivery schedule Those interested and meet the above conditions, please send your CV together with personal details
