The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations, and promoting the company’s interior fit-out and decoration services. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior decoration and fit-out sector. * Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and potential customers to present company services. * Understand client requirements and recommend suitable decoration and fit-out solutions. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. * Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals. * Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through negotiation and project award. * Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. * Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. * Prepare regular sales reports and update the management on ongoing opportunities. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales within interior decoration, fit-out, joinery, or finishing works. * Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and decoration materials and works. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements. * Strong client relationship and business development skills. * UAE market experience is preferred. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
