Sales Engineer ( Renewable Energy)
· Conducting Market Research and Identifying solar energy opportunities within the UAE and Middle East Region. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their energy requirements, and providing appropriate solar solutions. · Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solar products and discussing their ongoing and future projects, building new leads, and increasing customer database to maximize the business opportunities in the Middle East Region. · Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations, ensuring timely follow-ups to secure orders. · Research new Standards and Norms, technologies which is relevant to solar PV system, and maintain the technical advantages. · Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to remain competitive. · Conduct site visits to support site evaluation, suitability, and due diligence efforts. · Manage relationships with various equipment vendors, contractors, and third-party engineering firms. · Support the Project Team during the implementation of the project. · Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and sales forecasts. · Send weekly update reports to Line manager. · Add new qualified customers by year-end (including EPC, Developers, MEP Consultants, Oil&Gas Operations, and/or Facility Management etc.) · Develop a list of qualified sales recommendations on a weekly basis · Ensure that tender portals and news publications and are monitored weekly for potential opportunities, select and present opportunities to line-manager · EPC - Identify at least qualified EPC opportunities. · EPC - Achieve and secure EPC project revenues · Secure O&M contracts. · Increase repeat business from existing customers. · Conduct regular key account reviews · Support successful introduction and promotion of new product lines Skills: Technical Background in Renewable Energy (Degree in Renewable Energy or Engineering is preferred) Worked on Solar and Renewable energy (concrete sales numbers) This role is Salary + Commission based. Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month Work Location: In person
