The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within contracting and fit-out companies in Qatar, combined with the ability to build relationships and open new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the contracting and fit-out sectors in Qatar Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants Provide technical and engineering-based sales support to clients Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions Coordinate effectively between clients, project teams, and internal departments Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and new project opportunities in Qatar Represent the company professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) Proven experience in sales within the Qatar market, specifically in contracting and fit-out companies Strong network and in-depth knowledge of the local Qatari market Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong coordination and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Proactive mindset with the ability to open new doors and generate leads in the market Valid Qatar driving license preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary and commission structure Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
