Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. Generate leads through contractors, consultants, developers, and project sites. Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical/commercial offers. Handle tenders, negotiations, follow-ups, and project sales. Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams. Achieve sales targets and develop long-term business opportunities. Requirements: 10+ years of sales experience in contracting/construction. Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC construction market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and business-development skills. Established network with contractors, consultants, and developers. Arabic speaker required. UAE driving license preferred.
