Sales Engineer - Construction / Contracting

Position: Sales Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 3,000 + Commission Employment Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week | 9 Hours Daily

About the Company: A Dubai-based contracting company providing construction-related services and solutions, focused on delivering projects and building long-term client relationships.

Job Description: We are looking for a target-driven Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities, acquire clients, and generate sales within the contracting sector. The ideal candidate should have UAE sales experience and the ability to identify potential projects, build client relationships, and convert leads into business.

Requirements:

• UAE sales experience is mandatory, preferably in contracting or a related technical industry.
• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
• Ability to identify potential clients and develop business relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
