Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Valid Bahrain/GCC Driving License . Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a similar industry. Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of: Compressors Industrial Equipment and Spare Parts Marine Equipment and Spare Parts Automotive Parts Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with a strong sense of urgency. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer software. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotional activities. Capable of handling both sales and administrative responsibilities. Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and preparation of sales reports. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Promote and sell the company's range of industrial, marine, and automotive products. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate contracts. Conduct market analysis and provide regular sales and market intelligence reports. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
