Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer with experience in generator sales and industrial equipment to join our growing team in Sharjah, UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of diesel generators, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client visits, and market research.
• Promote and sell diesel generators, generator sets, and related industrial equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable generator solutions.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close deals.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in generator manufacturing, power solutions, or industrial equipment.
• Technical knowledge of diesel generators, engines, alternators, and generator specifications.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
