Location: Kattameya, Cairo, Egypt Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the MEP contracting and construction sectors. Build and maintain strong relationship networks with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Prepare, present, and negotiate technical and financial proposals (BOQ review, technical submittals, and pricing) to close sales deals. Achieve sales targets, manage key accounts, and follow up on payment collections. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 1–4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in MEP contracting, with strong technical knowledge in Firefighting systems. Deep understanding of MEP systems, BOQs, tendering, and project procurement processes. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
