You will manage an in-house team of 13 Sales Managers, oversee outsourced sales channels, and drive B2C, B2B and B2G revenue across educational programs and large-scale business events. Responsibilities: - Sales management (B2C / B2B): Lead the in-house sales department in Dubai (13 Sales Managers) - Outsourcing control: Manage the external contact center, including handling high-volume traffic and verifying leads for summits and forums - Agent channel development: Manage the Partnerships Manager and build a network of agents for distribution of educational programs and event tickets - Marketing alignment: Work closely with the commercial department to increase the conversion of incoming traffic in Dubai - Key accounts (B2B / B2G): Sell corporate training to businesses, attract sponsors for summits, and work with government bodies in the UAE and CIS Requirements: - 3–5+ years of successful experience leading sales in business education, premium online schools, or large event agencies - Experience managing remote contact centers and building multi-level sales departments - Understanding of large-scale business forums (such as Megacampus Summit, Synergy Global Forum) - Higher education (Bachelor's / Master's); an MBA is an advantage, as understanding the product from the inside is important - Fluent English and Russian What we offer: - Salary: 25,000 AED per month - Official employment - A unique team atmosphere with a diversity of generations and cultures, creating an inspiring work environment - Investment in your future: professional development and implementation of best global practices - Attendance at business events to expand your professional network and knowledge Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED25,000.00 per month Language: - Russian (Required) - English (Required) Work Location: In person
