About the Role

As Sales Director for Fine Fragrance, you will lead and grow the business across UAE, India, and Pakistan, defining and executing a commercial strategy tailored to the unique dynamics of each market.

In this role, you will:

• Drive sustainable growth and profitability by expanding existing partnerships and developing new business opportunities with local, regional, and international fragrance brands
• Act as the senior commercial lead, building strong, long-term client relationships and supporting successful fragrance launches
• Translate market trends and consumer insights into actionable commercial strategies, leveraging your understanding of regional differences
• Navigate diverse market dynamics, from luxury and niche perfumery in the Middle East to high-growth and emerging segments in India and Pakistan
• Collaborate closely with Perfumers, Marketing, Evaluation, and Supply Chain teams to deliver innovative and competitive fragrance solutions
• Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction across all projects and interactions
• Drive overall commercial performance, including budget management and profitability
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering collaboration and a strong business mindset

About You

• Proven experience in Fine Fragrance / F&F commercial roles, ideally across Middle East or South Asia
• Strong track record in business development and key account management
• Deep understanding of regional markets and olfactive trends
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and hands-on approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Leadership experience is a plus
