# Sales Director **Uniquie Homes Worldwide Properties LLC** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We’re Hiring: Sales Director – Sales & Pre-SalesWe are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and results-oriented Sales Director to lead the Sales and Pre-Sales functions across three of our growing business divisions: Interior Design & Fit-Out Marketing & Creative Services IT Services & SolutionsKey Responsibilities: Develop and execute group-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, manage, and develop the Sales and Pre-Sales teams across all three divisions. Establish effective sales processes, pipelines, KPIs, forecasting, and performance reporting. Generate new business and build long-term relationships with corporate and government clients. Identify, negotiate, and close high-value B2B opportunities and contracts. Build strategic partnerships with developers, consultants, contractors, corporates, and other key stakeholders. Drive cross-selling opportunities across the Group’s Interior Design, Marketing, and IT services. Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, technical-commercial submissions, and tenders. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new sectors and growth opportunities. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the UAE market. Proven experience in a senior sales leadership position. Experience managing both Sales and Pre-Sales activities and teams. Strong commercial negotiation, networking, proposal development, and closing capabilities. Existing corporate network in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE is highly preferred. Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable working within fast-growing businesses. Work Location: Abu Dhabi Pay: AED86.40 - AED35,977.27 per month Work Location: In person
