The Digital Sales Director will be responsible for leading, managing, and scaling the digital sales organization to achieve the company’s revenue and growth targets. The role includes developing advanced digital sales strategies, overseeing online lead generation and conversion initiatives, and driving the performance of digital sales teams. Key responsibilities include: Drive digital sales growth through strategic online lead generation and conversion initiatives. Lead, mentor, and expand a productive sales organization. Maximize digital platforms, CRM, websites, and social media to generate quality business. Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across Meta platforms and other digital channels. Champion a culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer-first service. This position requires strong leadership, innovation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment. Qualifications Must be a Real Estate Broker Must have starting manpower composed of at least 3 Sales Managers, each leading 3 Property Specialists Strong expertise in Sales, Digital Sales, and Sales Operations Proficiency in Customer Service practices and digital customer journey management Proven ability in Team Management and leadership within digital sales environments Experience in Business Development and achieving measurable revenue growth Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic decision-making Ability to excel in an on-site, fast-paced work environment in Tagaytay Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Experience in real estate development is a strong advantage Strong understanding of digital sales channels, online lead management, CRM systems, and digital marketing alignment is a plus Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Work Location: In person
