The Happy Home Company is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, creative, and outgoing Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us expand our customer base and build brand awareness throughout our local communities. We're looking for someone who understands how to turn great marketing into actual paying customers. This isn't just a social media posting position. We want someone who can generate leads, build relationships, and drive sales. Responsibilities - Develop and execute local marketing strategies to attract new customers. - Manage our Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts. - Create engaging content, including posts, reels, promotions, and advertisements. - Create, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns , particularly Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads. - Generate leads and convert inquiries into paying customers. - Build relationships with local businesses, Realtors, neighborhoods, and community organizations. - Identify creative opportunities to grow brand awareness and increase memberships. - Track advertising performance, leads, conversions, and sales results. - Represent The Happy Home Company professionally at local networking and promotional events. What We're Looking For - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development. - Strong proficiency in social media marketing and paid advertising is required. - Experience running Facebook and Instagram Ads through Meta Ads Manager. - Comfortable using Canva or similar content creation tools. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. - Creative thinker who can develop marketing ideas and execute them independently. - Comfortable working both independently and within a growing team. - Preferably located in New Braunfels, Schertz, or Cibolo. - Reliable transportation for local marketing and networking activities.
