What You’ll Do As a Sales/Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled design consultations. You will help customers explore their options, develop a bathroom-remodeling solution that fits their needs, and confidently guide them through the purchasing decision. Your responsibilities will include: Running company-provided in-home sales appointments Consulting with homeowners about their remodeling needs, goals, and budget Designing and presenting bathroom-remodeling solutions Explaining product features, warranties, financing options, and company advantages Asking for the sale and closing business during the initial appointment Following up consistently with prospective customers Maintaining accurate customer and appointment records Representing Lori K Bath professionally in customers’ homes Working closely with the sales, production, and office teams to create an excellent customer experience Schedule Requirements Full-time schedule In-home appointments scheduled Monday through Saturday Saturday availability from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. is required Some evening appointments may be required based on customer availability Reliable transportation is required for travel to customers’ homes throughout Northwest Indiana Compensation and Incentives This is a 100% commission-based position with significant earning potential for motivated sales professionals. We will provide industry and product training to the right candidate.
