The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel , comfortable working with numbers, and able to produce clear, accurate reports for customers and vendors. Sales Operations & Order Processing Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with agreed pricing, terms, and allocations. Coordinate closely with sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery. Monitor order status, manage backorders, and proactively flag any issues or delays to the sales team. Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, customer details, and contractual terms. Sales Support Act as a key point of support for the sales team on daily operational requirements. Support account managers with follow-ups, data requests, and internal coordination. Reporting & Data Analysis Prepare regular sales reports for customers and vendors. Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries. Ensure all reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines. Key Skills & Competencies Advanced Excel skills (mandatory): Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, charts, and large datasets. Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
