The role requires excellent communication, customer service, coordination, and follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins. Coordinate bookings for kids' activities, birthday parties, school visits, and group events. Prepare quotations, packages, proposals, and invoices as required. Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain daily sales and booking records. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events. Assist customers with package selection, pricing, availability, and venue information. Manage customer databases and follow up on leads and previous enquiries. Support membership sales, renewals, promotions, and special offers. Coordinate with schools, nurseries, companies, and community groups for group bookings. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management. Handle customer feedback and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve issues. Support marketing activities, promotions, and social media campaigns when required. Ensure all bookings and customer information are accurately recorded. Maintain professional relationships with customers and corporate clients. Perform other sales coordination and administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, reservations, or a similar role. Experience in kids' play areas, family entertainment centres, hospitality, leisure, recreation, or events is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business . Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously. Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused. Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required by the business. Pay: AED1,889.83 - AED3,500.00 per month Experience: sales : 2 years (Required) UAE : 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
