Receive, verify, and process sales orders in the ERP system. Prepare sales orders, quotations, invoices, delivery documents, and related sales documentation. Ensure accurate entry of customer, product, quantity, pricing, discounts, and other order details in ERP. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment. Track order status from booking to dispatch and delivery. Coordinate with accounts regarding invoicing, outstanding payments, credit limits, and customer balances. Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and queries. Maintain customer and sales records in the ERP system. Prepare daily or weekly or monthly sales reports and MIS. Monitor pending orders, cancelled orders, backorders, and delivery issues. Coordinate with sales executives and managers regarding targets and order status. Resolve customer and internal sales related issues by coordinating with the relevant departments. Maintain proper documentation and records of all sales transactions. Strong ERP experience in sales or order management.
