Key Responsibilities: Talk to existing customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email. Follow up on quotations, pending payments, and dispatch updates. Coordinate between customers, factory, and office. Maintain customer records and basic sales reports. Represent the company in a professional way. Requirements: Good communication in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi. Experience in sales, coordination, or customer handling. Polite, confident, and responsible. Good phone manners and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge, especially Excel and WhatsApp Business. Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, stationery, packaging, plastic, or B2B sales. Salary: As per experience Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
