Sales Coordinator – Outbound/Export Sales

About the Role

Rapidrop is looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator – Outbound/Export Sales to join our team in Sharjah.

Supporting our international sales operations across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, you'll play a key role in managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders and coordinating international shipments.

This is a varied, customer-focused position requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and a good understanding of mechanical fire protection products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.
• Coordinate with Area Sales Managers on pricing, product availability and customer requirements.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records using our ERP system.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics and freight partners to coordinate international shipments.
• Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists and Certificates of Origin.
• Monitor outstanding quotations, pending orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Finance on payment terms, credit arrangements and international payment documentation.
• Maintain customer records and support sales reporting and forecasting.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with international customers and distributors.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple customer accounts and priorities.

The successful applicant will have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales coordination , preferably within the fire protection industry.
• Good knowledge of mechanical fire protection products, including sprinklers, valves, fire hose equipment and fittings.
• Experience in export sales coordination and international shipping documentation.
• A good understanding of Incoterms, export procedures and international payment terms.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
