Prepare and share quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents . Receive customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, delivery status, and requirements . Maintain daily sales orders, customer records, and sales reports . Coordinate with the dispatch team for on-time delivery of materials . Track pending orders and update the sales team regularly. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports . Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution. Support the Sales Manager and sales executives in their day-to-day activities. Maintain proper documentation of POs, quotations, invoices, and customer communications . Coordinate with production for material availability and production planning . Follow up on outstanding payments with customers and coordinate with Accounts. Update CRM/ERP systems with customer and order details. Assist in preparing sales MIS and management reports. Ensure smooth communication and follow-up from order confirmation to final delivery . Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location: In person
