# Sales Consultant - Pavilion Kuala Lumpur **Elitetrax Marketing Sdn Bhd (Harvey Norman)** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 13 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary - Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia - Good interpersonal and communication skills Responsibilities and Duties - Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. - Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. - Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of merchandise to customers. - Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference. - Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items. - Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise. - Help customers try on merchandise to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase. - Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor. - Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options. - Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products Compensation & Staff Benefits: - Basic salary with uncapped commission - Medical, hospitalization insurance, life insurance, personal accident insurance, and dental coverage - Work essentials - Growth programs - Long service awards - Storewide staff discounts Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Maternity leave Opportunities for promotion Education: STM/STPM (Preferred) Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
