Sales Consultant – Interior Fitout (1 year UAE Experience & Driving License Mandatory)

Job Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-oriented Sales Consultants with an interior design background.

The role involves visiting clients at their homes or project sites, understanding their existing interior requirements, recommending design modifications and upgrades, presenting suitable solutions, and converting enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients at residential properties and project sites to assess their interior requirements.
• Understand clients' preferences, budgets, and expectations.
• Recommend interior modifications, upgrades, and design improvements.
• Suggest suitable materials, finishes, colours, layouts, and furniture solutions.
• Present design concepts and proposals to prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and proposals.
• Follow up with potential clients, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Coordinate with design and technical teams for project execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and develop strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience is required.
• 2–5 years of overall experience in interior design sales, kitchen sales, joinery, fit-out, or home renovation.
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, cabinetry, and space planning.
• Ability to assess existing interiors and recommend practical design modifications.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to independently conduct client visits and convert leads into sales.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Compensation

AED 5,000–6,000 + Commission, depending on experience.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
