In this role, you will work closely with our clients, delivering personalized consultations and treatment recommendations. Key Responsibilities Client Consultations Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ beauty goals and recommend appropriate treatments. Sales & Relationship Management Drive new business opportunities, upsell services, and maintain positive, long-term client relationships. Target Achievement Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or surpass monthly KPIs and revenue targets. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Prepare regular progress reports and analyses for management. Requirements Experience : At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty, spa, or wellness industries. Languages : Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus). Skills : Strong consultative selling capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and client data. Personality : Proactive, confident, and customer-focused, with a genuine passion for beauty and aesthetics.
