This is not a traditional cashier or front-desk position. You'll work directly with customers to understand their technology needs, recommend the right solutions, and deliver an excellent customer experience while driving sales. High-performing sales professionals across our organization have earned approximately $3,000–$10,000 in commission during strong-performing months. Commission is performance-based and varies based on individual results, store traffic, customer opportunities, and program eligibility. Earnings are not guaranteed. What You'll Do Understand customer technology and repair needs Recommend protection plans, accessories, services, and repair solutions Turn customer interactions into sales opportunities Follow up with leads and prospective customers Provide proactive customer and repair updates Answer incoming calls professionally Create accurate work orders and customer documentation Work toward individual and store sales goals Deliver an excellent customer experience Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Competitive – You enjoy measurable goals and pushing yourself to improve. Sales-Driven – You're comfortable making recommendations, handling objections, and asking for the sale. Professional – You communicate clearly and represent the business professionally. Customer-Focused – You understand that great sales come from building trust, not pressure. Coachable – You respond well to feedback and want to continuously improve. Experience with Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Best Buy, Apple, wireless sales, consumer electronics, retail sales, or other commission-based environments is strongly preferred.
