Understand clients’ renovation and interior design needs, budget and preferences. Arrange and conduct meetings or consultations with potential clients. Prepare quotations and proposals based on clients’ requirements. Follow up with leads and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients. Coordinate with the Interior Design and Project teams to ensure clients’ requirements are properly communicated. Present interior design concepts, renovation packages and project proposals to clients. Negotiate with clients and close sales to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities and follow-ups. Monitor the progress of each sales lead from initial enquiry until project confirmation. Participate in company marketing activities, events and promotional campaigns when required.
