The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Generate and convert leads into sales. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Good follow-up and relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered. What We Offer Competitive salary with attractive incentives.
