Sales Consultant — McGrath City Hyundai (Chicago) We’re hiring one or two Sales Consultants who can work a process, not just stand on the point. We sell new Hyundai vehicles and a used inventory that actually turns. Leads come through VinSolutions. You’ll follow up with customers, set appointments, demonstrate vehicles, and work deals with a manager who is on the floor. This is a full-time, in-person sales position on Chicago's west side, with a real opportunity to earn for the right salesperson. What You’ll Do Own your leads: text, phone, and email customers the same day. Follow up consistently and turn leads into appointments. Demonstrate and sell new Hyundai and pre-owned vehicles. Complete Hyundai product training and stay current on inventory and features. Work the sales process in VinSolutions. Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business. Deliver a customer experience that earns the sale and brings customers back. Who This Is For You’ve sold cars, or you’ve successfully sold something difficult—furniture, solar, B2B, hospitality, or another commission-based product. You know how to prospect, follow up, build rapport, and close. You’re competitive, coachable, and comfortable asking for the sale. You look and communicate like someone a customer will trust with a major purchase. Spanish is a plus, but not required. You’re comfortable working Saturdays and being in the dealership full-time.
